    antonio once again,

fabulous pictures. your pictures are sort of environmental with great clarity and composition. they are like "book photos". i strive to shoot pictures like these one day. it's a breath of fresh air compared to the usual brightly lit green backgrounds and i really really like it.

A63 This looks to be Suada albolineata.
The subspecies of Suada swerga here, ie ssp suava ,has a very large white or buff(pale yellowish) area on the hindwing.

I have checked de Niceville's original description & he did not mention the veins being white.
However. nominate ssp swerga from India has less white/buff & some veins are whitened/pale.

Suada albolineata does not have the hindwing shaded with white/buff, only the veins are streaky white/buff.
The name albolineata (white-lined) refers to the white veins.

    A69 Euploea sylvester harrisii
FW apex broadly rounded; discal blue spots; marginal dots; HW spots rounded.
Correction It is E. algea menetriesii. HW submarginal spots are elongate, not rounded as in E. sylvester.

    A70 Arhopala zambra zambra.
Cleander group;FW spot 10 large & as wide as cellend bar; HW spot 6 overlaps cellend bar.

    A71 Arhopala silhetensis adorea.
Typical sinuous spots 6 & 7 & wide gap between spot 5 & cellend bar.

    A72. Thoressa masoni.
Spots on the HW may be poorly defined (as here) ; basal spot in space 7 large; abdomen with broad prominent black bands.

Similar to Indian T. honorei, but this has small basal spot 7, & abdomen not strongly black-banded.

Thank you MinuteMaid, for the kind and flattering words.

hope to do better here in KPG, because in Kaeng Krachan was more a "documentation Photography".

Ellen this is another defining moment !! Great shot !

If this is posted for a photography competition it might win a prize .....but very difficult for the judges to decide which is prettier .

But for Nelson it is easy he oredi fell in love with both girl and butterflies !!!

Butterfly dogs don't like baths. They only like to puddle... in their own pee!
