    Default Tagiades ultra

Was at MNT this morning and managed a +1. Shot at 300mm and heavily cropped

    A valuable +1 for you.
Very pristine specimen and a very good record shot even though it was heavily cropped.

    Congratulation for getting +1.

Now the afternoon weather is really bad.

    Cheers!

Congrats on getting this difficult one, Richard.

I've been trying to get its Northern twin, Tagiades litigiosus, for a while. I've seen several flying about recently, but never been in a position to nail it!

Thank you. I was lucky as there was a low tree flowering with quite a few butterflies feeding. I missed a good shot of it when it came down so had to settle for a max zoom shot.
