Ideas please for this mating pair of skippers from Betong, s Thailand 26 Jun 25.
If I'd only seen one of these I'd have thought Quedara montheithi.
But males of that species do not have a white bar on the forewing.
My next thought would be Q. albifascia but the antennae do not have a large white section (just one single small spot). Oerane microthyrus might be another possibility, but the extent of the white bars on the FW is not correct.
So stumped on this one.
Many thanks.
This leaves only Oerane microthyrus.
The underside markings matches this species.
Oerane microthyrus have a large white patch on the antennal club but this is mainly on the underside.
At a certain angle, topdown view, only a little dot is visible.
