It is Athyma reta.
The small spot is not important.
The main ID points are 1. the FW cell-bar is twice constricted & well separated from the triangular cell end spot & 2., postdiscal spot 2(large & round)is close to the spots below it.

In live specimens of A. abiasa, the forewing bases and discal areas have a distinctive greenish "veiny" pattern

Clarification.
There are some name changes due to the realisation several species were mixed up.
The small spot is of use to differentiate these closedly allied species.

Range P.Thailand, Malaya Sumatra, Borneo.
