    Yes it is Rapala manea.
    The purplish wash is not always seen eg female below.

    R. manea & iarbus are very similar on the underside.

    Rapala manea ;
    1. light to medium brown, purple wash may be present.
    2. Wing margins brown & cilia pale brown.

    Rapala iarbus.
    1. ground colour greyer brown.
    2. Wing margins black with cilia edged orange.
