An opportunistic shot of the upperside of a male Mottled Emigrant as it was courting the female that was trying to oviposit on the host plant Senna alata. The female, obviously, wasn't interested and in some other shots, it raised its abdomen in the usual Pieridae fashion that indicated it wasn't keen to mate.![]()

with the camera. But getting one shot of pristine male was worth spending a few more minutes sorting and deleting all the other sucky shots.
