Potanthus omaha is very variable.
C&P4 states in the key :Upperside & underside the veins crossing the yellow bands darkened.
For the others eg ganda, juno, mingo , Upperside & underside the veins crossing the yellow or orange bands not darkened or barely so.
In addition for ganda markings orange-yellow.
The typical P. omaha is unmistakable. dull ochreous yellow & distinct darkened veins.

Horace has raised a batch of P. ganda .They all have veins not darkened & heavier black shading.
Past examples of doubtful P. ganda are P. omaha .
