    Default Fulvous Pied Flat

Went for a quick trek at the FPF headquarters and was relieved that the buggers are still around. Timing still quite accurate... Walked up and down in the early afternoon, nothing in sight.

Then as if on cue, at the "right time" and the with the hot afternoon sunlight on their favourite perches, they appeared and zipped around their favourite leaves. All males today. Wonder where the char bohs went...

    Nice shots Khew!

Wow! More than a year since it was first shot..

Glad to know they are still around and keep to their schedule!

Thanks to you for discovering the colony there...

One of these days we may find the host plant. Must be somewhere nearby. Horace, your next mission!

No problem with the mission once I have more info on the location and timing.
Definitely will help in my march toward the 200 mark.

Not too far from your location. Here's some info on the species. Wonder what this Achyranthes aspera looks like. The main shot here is a female, with smaller forewing spots, unlike the large cleft spot that the males have.
