It is a female Arhopala sublustris.
There are some subtle differences.
1. Markings weak & faint especially on FW in agrata.
2. HW spot 6 is large with straight sides in agrata.
3. Marginal spot 3 is weak & flat in agrata.
4. HW submarginal spots have level inner margins in agrata; rounded/convex margins in sublustris.
