No. It is not.
Probably Ypthima baldus.
Ypthima baldus.
Ground colour pale yellowish. Striae browner.
Ocelli usually larger & conjoined.

Ypthima fasciata torone. Probably extinct in Singapore.
Full complement of ocelli more nearly aligned & usually crossed by a dark band.
Two dark inner fasciae (bands) which are straight & parallel.
