    I took this butterfly at an elevation of 1200metres, can this be Libythea lepita la.

    Libythea lepita is correct.

    Only two species are found in the north.

    L. myrrha
    FW truncated apical margin in a straight cut roughly at right angle on the lower corner.

    L. lepita.
    FW truncated apical margin extended out at the lower corner ie the lower end projects outwards.
