The side-view shows its labial palps are short ruling out Hypena,

IT should be an Ozarba species & very nearly matched O. aeria from N. America.

This very similar to the Taiwanese O. cretacea.

It is entirely possible that the Taiwanese sp. is also found on the mainland.

A closely similar species Tortricosia excisa is darker with slightly different markings.
Tortricosia have more bulging 'shoulders'.

Cretonia vegeta Noctuidae, Eustrotiinae. Africa to Taiwan.
The twin spot mark is distinctive.
