    The pale patch on the FW varies. From Singapore.

    1. Rehimena phrynealis. Crambidae. India to Australia.

    2. Ercheia cyllaria. Extremely variable. Note blue grey apical patch & peculiar spots in the 'ring'.

    3. Rhagastis acuta. This has a more contrasted dark FW with the paler marginal area than R. rubetra.

    Two very similar species with matching markings.
    Pingasa chlora ,Sundaland to Australia. Inner halves of wings seem to be more heavily shaded.
