J. pura usually have almost perfect alignment of the white striae, not just on the hindwing but also those white dashes on the forewing costa(forward margin), though I don't know if this is an absolute feature.
This is more likely to be J. celeno. However, any upperside shot would be helpful, though in the case of this female can still be difficult.

The white dashes on the forewing costa need not be aligned in J. pura as can be seen from the male underside here.
(The female appeared to be J. celeno as space 6 on the hindwing is darkened. It should be blue/white in J. pura.)
