Well Brian it is a Dark Caerulean (Jamides bochus).
The female here is darker than other Jamides on the underside.
The outer 2 rows of spots are large and dark with rounded margins so it is easily mistaken for a 4-lne Blue (Nacaduba spp.).
Notice the innermost band on the hindwing is always broken into 3 parts.
