    Default Two Uppersides

Just opportunistic shots to show the uppersides of two species of skippers where we normally shoot the undersides.

First is a Yellow Veined Lancer, which tried to open its wings to sunbathe in the cool forested areas when the sun shone on a patch of leaves. Pity that it didn't open its wings wider.

The second shot is of a pristine female Hoary Palmer that was taking off and my high shutter speed happened to capture it with its wings opened to show the upperside spots and hindwing white patch.
