Brian boy, I like the Common Bluebottle
Glad you had a good day. Enjoy the weather! William
Skipper 1 is the Small Branded Swift (Pelopidas mathias). Typical spotting; dark grey shading.
Skipper 2 has a brand or male-mark, the slanting line on its forewing.
It should be another Small Branded Swift.
But, do you remember its size, Brian ? If it is large, like the size of a Coconut skipper, than you have a new species, Caltoris brunnea (Dark Branded Swift).

Thanks Daddy!
Uncle Will, that was defintely a good day.:) We were just lucky that the rain was taking leave to sail in the sky! :bsmile:
Thanks Uncle Seow!:grin2: Skipper 2 was about the size of the small branded swift.
