The Banded Peacock is a wonderful species because of its wing scales (I can't remember, are they refractive or reflective? My Alzheimer's is catching up on me). They change colour depending on your angle to the butt. BJ's shot is probably the least reflective of any, and shows the true colour. However, 90% of shots will show a bluer tint, but I have yet to manage the right angle where the colour is a deep Royal Blue.Quote:
