That's a male Pea Blue (Lampides boeticus), very common on Butterfly Hill on Pulau Ubin.
Check out the earlier threads where some of our members have also shot this species. You got a nice upperside shot of it, although I would have preferred to have the eyes of the butt sharp and not out of focus.

Well, besides having studied butterflies for about 40 years ;P , I also refer to some good books around. One of which is "Butterflies of the Malay Peninsula by Corbet & Pendlebury Edition 4".
Females of this particular species have broad borders on the wings, unlike the males.
