Yes. This is male Euthalia lubentina.
The two species differs very little and can be difficult to ID in fieldshots.

Male fore leg reddened.
FW cellspots may be reddened or not.
FW spots 3- 6 not in line, spot 6 shifted inwards.
Female FW spots 6 shifted basad of spot 5; space 1b often two spots.

Euthalia malaccana.
Male foreleg green. FW with red cellspots.
FW spots 3- 6 in an oblique straight line.
Female spot 6 not shifted basad (ie inside of inner margin) of spot 5.
Space 1b typically with one spot.
