Male Ionolyce helicon.
At certain angle I. helicon looks like N. beroe
Both species have the innermost costal spot above the mid-cell band absent.
Ionolyce helicon. Male FW long pointed
FW postdiscal always serially dislocated at every vein point.
HW submarginal spots sharp-pointed, particularly in space 3 just above the large black tornal spot in space 2.

HW submarginal spots lunulate (crescentic) not sharp pointed particularly in space 3.

A male in which the HW submarginal spots appear sharp, but it is only the white stria defining the dark spot.
