Potanthus omaha male.
Although this looks closer to P. ganda, the veins across the HW band have dark-dustings.
Potanthus omaha; Veins dark-dusted across HW band on both sides.
HW with light dustings; abdominal end yellow in the male.(dusky in the female).

FW spot 5 smaller than spot 4. Abdominal end strongly black-banded in both sexes.
HW light shaded neat appearance; spot 6 small & placed at inner upper corner of band.
