Yes it is Burara etelka.
The HW patch is solid (not streaky as in harisa),& placed very close to the HW cellend.
A 2nd species should be on the lookout for.
Burara oedipodea. Recorded in Singapore before & may still be extant.
HW patch is solid but placed well away from the cellend; orange cilia reach higher to vein 6; In male upper part of HW may be folded over & vein 8 appear very short.
