My view is that this is an aberrant Cycad Blue. The main difference that could have caused the confusion would be those extra black spots on the sub-basal portion of the hindwings. :thinking:

It's just one extra spot at the sub-basal area that caused some confusion. The spots in my collection of Cycad Blue shots have quite a wide variation. Here are a few. The rest of you who should have plenty of CB shots can also post and compare.
