This appears to me to be under the Cleander Group ,,,,,,,, Arhopala athada apha ( Vinus Oakblue)

I would say that this is Arhopala nicevillei. The spots in spaces 1b and 2 on the hindwing and the post-discal spots on the forewing match nicevillei better.

Agreed it is Arhopala nicevillei.
The FW postdiscal band spot 4 is dislocated outwards from the spots above it ie spots 5, 6, & 9 at the costa.
HW band is completely dislocated at vein 2.
It is a member of the alitaeus group. It has less FW costal spots than alitaeus/pseudomuta , but similar to A. aida.
A. nicevillei .spots are very irregular in srrangement.
