It's Nacaduba pavana. sanaya has the top-most striae of the post-discal band slightly dislocated basally and does not have dark striae alongside the white striae.
I'm not sure what the differences between pavana and russelli are from ventrals alone but russelli seems to have very exaggerated marginal striae.
Here is a male sanaya for comparison.
Note: no black striae ;no metallic blue scales on HW blsck spot; FW band dislocated at upper end.

What is interesting about this male (note abdominal end) are the large submarginal spots.
That suggest this could be N. russelli.
The spots may not need to be dark.

PS. The shape of the submarginal spots do not match that of russelli which are arched in the middle.
Furthermore Tite stated the marginal spots in russelli are lozenge-shaped (ie biconvex ) while those of pavana are dashes.
