Probably Arhopala lurida (From C&P4, "Underside markings better defined... than atosia"). My personal observation is that the epimuta group members have a distinctive dark brown zig-zagged band at the termen of the ventral hindwing. Of course if the dorsal can be seen then this group is immediately recognisable.
This should be Arhopala lurida.
A. lurida & atosia are very similar on the underside .
In Langkawi A. lurida is common.
Common features; FW with postdiscal spot 4 shifted out (variably)
HW spot 5, 6, & more or less staggered, ie spot 6 is further in & spot 7 still more (often slight).
A. lurida.Underside more strongly defined & contrasted ie markings darker & stand out more.
HW typically with postdiscal spots 4 & 5 more or less aligned or at least by half.
HW submarginal spots more pointed.
In Langkawi a purple wash may be present giving a very strong contrast.

HW postdiscal spots 4 & 5 typically almost completely out of line.
HW submarginal spots flatter.

A. lurida is recorded from Singapore ,but as it differs little(Malayan form) from atosia it may have been overlooked.
