1. Telicota colon male.
The shape of the forewing spots & their alignment are typical.
2. The blus are C. parnomus.
The forewing costal spot is close to the postdiscal band.
The upperside is light blue.
The submarginal spots (especially on the hindwing) are more sagittate, & less band-like.

Regarding the costal spot in C. parnomus, if it is in the middle of the postdiscal band and the cell end, then it will be C. strabo? What is the upperside color for C. strabo and do they frequent the same area?

The upperside of the male of C. strabo is purplish but may appeared blue in photos. The tornal black mark is poor however.
The costal spot's position can varies, & may be near the band especially in the female.
The 2 species can be very confusing.
