It looks like the rare arhopala silhetenis. :)
This is one of those tricky one.
It belongs to the alea subgroup of the cleander group.
The species in Singapore are A. sublustris, milleri, phanda, & normani.
Both phanda & normani have the hindwing postdiscal spot in space 6 more or less quadrate and overlapping the cellend bar. They have the postdical band in space 4 & 5 very close to the submarginal spots.
They can be discounted.
The other two have the postdiscal spot in space 6 wider at the top & narrowed at the bottom; the postdiscal band may/may not be near to the submarginal spots.
In milleri the spot overlaps the cellend bar, the middle portion of the forewing termen is more convex.C&P4 pl51/40,pl67/11, Fleming L211A.
In sublustris the spot do not/or slightly overlap the cellend bar and the middle portion of the forewing termen is straight.C&P4 pl51/39, pl67/10, Fleming L211B.
Thus this is very likely A. sublustris female.

Sorry I got it wrong. :-(
Thanks Seow for the id.
