The Skipper is larger than most of the other species bearing almost similar spots on the wings, and is therefore quite distinct when seen in the wild.

Habitat & Habits
This medium-sized Hesperiidae was recently discovered in Singapore in the Mandai area. Subsequently, its caterpillar was also discovered, feeding on a host plant (Bamboo) within the Bukit Timah Nature Reserve. Observations of this species were mainly in forested areas.
