The weather was not very good when we were at Kualoa Woh (it was on 1 May). The place was full of locals having family outings . Many Raja Brrook's Birdwing but we didn't see any Charaxes species, not even the Tawny Rajah.

Up in the northern part of the peninsula, the Autumn Leaf is more likely to be the Malaysian subspecies pratipa. The subapical white spots are missing when compared to the subspecies bisaltide or australis.

Saletara liberia distanti?....No. Appias albina. The underside of the hindwing of Saletara is very yellow. I did find one at Selai, but was unable to get a photo. If I had, this confusion that everyoine seems to have over this species would be resolved.

Is the above from the small hut near the waterfall, where we saw many Autumn Leaf and Eggfly ?
Here probably is the upper side of this butterfly, which is likely to be Neptis nata gononata.
