Trying to confirm the ID of these two crow images taken sometime back.

After cross referencing the checklist and C&P4, i believe the first image is that of a Spotted Black Crow.

The second image should be that of a Magpie Crow. But it seems that the white bands on the hindwings are more
prominent and extensive as compared to those images on the checklist. I believe the second image is that of a female Magpie Crow.

Would appreciate some feedback from fellow members in the forum.:)

Just a couple of shots comparing the two lookalikes - Spotted Black Crow (Euploea crameri bremeri) and the Blue Spotted Crow (Euploea midamus singapura), and what to look out for to separate the two species. :)

Good observation. The blue spotted crow also has 2 blue spots instead of the 5 white spots on the forewing dorsum area.
