Glory AGM

Somewhere in the CCA, there was a gathering of Dark Blue Jungle Glories. First time I encountered 5 of them feeding on falled fruits on the forest floor. :) No chance to shoot all of them together as the fruits were scattered all over. Was hoping to see one of them lay eggs or something, but no such luck. ;P

Well camouflaged, as usual.

Only 1 of them didn't have broken/torn/chipped wings. ;P

the rest of 'em bambi eyed fellas must have been rough-housing one another! :) have not seen them for a while. They look so tiramisu, coffee, choc n cream looking at this photo. Nice photo. Delicious too.:)

Mmm, thats quite a unique shot, the DBJG on a fresh leaf. Normally, I just get an all brown bg.

No, this was shot behind a carpark on the other side. You know where it is. There are lots of red fruits rotting on the forest floor, and that's what they are going for. Strangely, the Saturns are absent. Only Archdukes and Common Fauns besides the DBJG go for these fruits. In the first pic, you can see some of the bright red fruits on the ground.
