This morning Cher Hern and I went to Sime Forest thinking of shooting some puddlers. And at the up stream, we saw this :what:

Needless to say, the spa became a swimming poll instead :bsmile:.
All was not lost, we managed to shot some butts off the trail (Cher Hern, feel free to add on to this thread).

Verifying against the check list, the number of white dots at the wing tip of the Common Snow Flat seems to vary from individual to individual.

Thanks Loke for the company this morning. We stopped by one of the flowering trees to admire lots of butterflies/moths up above, hoping some will some down and rest..but...:lazy2:

Yes, it's a malayan lascar.
The orange submarginal band is quite variable in both this sp and the related burmese and they may be connected by intermediates.
