Glad you enjoyed yourself :shoot1: the butts on the flowering Syzygium trees.

$4 is a King Crow.

Oops, mistaken Euploea phaenareta castelnaui (King Crow) as Spotted Black Crow. Hope I'm right this round :P

Looks like you have a very fruitful trip there. Good time to visit Ubin, looking at the flowering trees there.

Nice captures on so many types of BF. Actually, I was there yesterday morning but did not capture so many...should have gone there today instead and meet you there...:grin2:

Today must've been the peak of the flowering. There's one more tree in bud, so may still be good for next weekend. :)

It was a nice weekend in terms of shooting butts...saw many posting in BC and CS. Let's hope that the weather this coming weekend will be as good as yesterday :)

Why of all weekends they bloom when i got classes? What is certainly wrong with the flowering timing!? Anyway, great shot KY, lots of species!

oh yes, when we were at ubin last week, these trees were preparing for flowering, probably next week. but going by the low butt count we encountered last week... :thinking:
