Is that a cobra ?

Hi All, went to AHBT to shoot butt this morning and met a surprise : A black cobra (I think) just went past right in front of me. I froze immediately, but managed to take some shots until it went into some bushed near the drain.

Just to warn those who will visit AHBT in near future to be careful. Wonder should the authority do something, I mean if it is an oridinary snake it's ok, but if its a cobra...:hmmm:

the former, yes. have seen it near the ixora bush along the road on top of the edge of the "basin", trying to attack a yellow butterfly. have not seen the latter.
