Painted Jezebel

A +1 for my list yesterday, noticed right at the end of my walk to brighten up what had been, up till then, an awful day. Everything I have found out about this species, Euthalia ipona, (not a lot) leads me to the conclusion that this is a rare butterfly indeed. Only 35 entries on Google& C&P4 states rare or very rare. This specimen had been caught up in a spiders web, and appears to have been trying to escape for a while. When the pics were taken, there was still some web attached to the legs, hence the strange position of the front legs.
Photos not as good as I had hoped, but the likelihood of finding another is low, so I though I'd post them anyway. This is a female.
