Passiflora foetida at AH

Rosalind the "chief gardener" of AH has begun to cultivate the Passiflora foetida in AH's gardens. This is with the hope of attracting the Tawny Coster to move further south from where the main colonies are at the moment.

Any human agency assistance rendered in the moving of the species down south is not something against any laws, and would be appreciated. :)
