Encountered this species a couple of times both at TBHP and KRP.

The color is Brownish yellow instead of the normal black/white coloration of the Plastingia naga (Chequered Lancer).... a variation or aberration?

Also noticed that the underwing white border surrounding the hindwing is much thinner and less prominent, as compare to the normal Naga..

Followup on the Dragon of KRP

A morning walk produced this composite of an individual in various poses
amongst a group of 5 similar Nagas .

The 5 frames/sec of the 20D helped...:cool:
