i need to confirm something with the seniors in here. I've heard someone making a statement in CS about flash lights affecting the insect's eyes.

I use flash sometimes when lighting is bad. Are we actually doing them harm?

read it here (http://forums.clubsnap.org/showpost.php?p=1468439&postcount=739).

it was just a statement but it has set me thinking.

ahh.. you have a point there.. i guess it's probably why some flutter their wings in response to the camera's pre-flash.

What the complex eyes see is something like this? or many mnay me when they looking at me?

As CP mentioned, since they have nothing to protect their eyes, they are fine with the strong sunlight or even dust on the eyes, they don't bother to get rid of it.

Miracle of the nature. What you born with is sure have its usage, except the appendix we have.

mm.. ok got the idea.
so is green a better colour or black?

OT: hey CM, "yao cheng" at SLCC said he got the UV filter for taking UV photos. maybe we can do a shoot with it and see which clothing emits the most UV and can shun away from these for our shoots.
