Hi Dr. Seow,
Request your help again for id for my observations from my recent Bukit Tinggi, Pahang trip on April 17-18, 2025.
BTW, during this trip, I was able to see these lifers:
Enispe duranius, Laringa castelnaui, Surendra vivarna, Flos morphina, Neptis anjana, Lexias canescens,, Pseudozizeria maha.

Large FW 15mm.
Darkish.
Abdomen heavily black-banded and its end heavily black.
Underside dark-shaded without defined spots

Udara placidula.
Markings relatively small and light.
HW postdiscal spot 7 much darker.
HW marginal spots less heavy and submarginal lunules more rounded.

Can be very similar.
Celastrina lavendularis.
Spots with prominent white rings and typically heavy.
HW marginal spots often heavy and black, and submarginal lunule3s more serrated.

HW spot 7 not much darker.
All spots light, more yellowish & may be fading.

The dark yellow FW spots suggest two species.
a. Polytremis lubricans.
The HW spots may be absent on the underside. See Ranong female below.

The have the typical HW spots 2, 3, & 5,no cellspot and thick clubs.
