Concurred. The metallic scales in the black spot is an ID point not seen in N. sanaya.
The key in C&P4 becomes confusing here as the distance between the HW postdiscal band & the submarginal spots is wide in space 4 & 5 as in N. sanaya.

That was what threw me off initially. Hopefully, the revisers of C&P5 have attempted to rectify these issues. Thanks, Dr Seow!
