Jamides parasaturata - confirmation of ID

Photographed on Khao Luang, southern Thailand, at 900 metres.

From the four inner, complete and parallel, striae of the hindwing I identify this as Jamides parasaturata - though I am unfamiliar with this species or the very similar Jamides malaccanus.

Both are in range, but assuming the images I have looked at on the web are correct this more resembles Jamides parasaturata I think.

Could that be confirmed? Many thanks.

Female Jamides malaccanus

The two species are very similar & as usual completely confused.

To ID properly it is necessary to check the gender of the individual.

The male have a shorter labial palps & the FW termen (outer margin) is straight.
The abdominal end is truncated.

The female have longer labial palps & the FW termen is usually rounded but may be fairly straight.
The abdominal end is pointed.

Jamides malaccanus.

Male with HW short white stria above the orange patch separated by a weak dark line ,not completely.
