An image from Chiang Dao. Looks like Acytolepis lilacea to me due to minute spot in space 7 of forewing, and an additional small spot at the very base of the hindwing. Comments appreciated please.

This does looks like Acytolepis lilacea.

The two are very difficult to separate from the underside since there are wide variations.

A. puspa; 1. HW postdiscal spot 7 more often large rounded & very black; 2 .FW smaller gap between postdiscal spot 5 & 6; 3.HW submarginal line more pointed in the lower half.

A. lilacea.: 1. HW postdiscal spot usually relatively small & less dark; 2. FW with wider gap between spot 5 & 6; 3. HW submarginal line more rounded in the lower half,
