Dr Seow, need your help again. Is this Flos apidanus saturatus or Flos diardi capeta? Appreciate your help. Thanks.

Those are parasitic red mites.

It's fulgida. Look at the basal part of the hindwing. This is the only species found locally which i have been unable to get a decent shot of

I did'nt realised these two can actually look quite similar in certain field shots.

Here is a better description of the two.

Flos fulgida singhapura.
Wingbases without red shadings; FW with three dark broad bands visible ; HW with the broad sub-basal band composed of merged dark spots.

Flos diardi capeta.
Wingbases with red marks; FW with mainly two bands visible ; HW sub-basal 'band' broken into separate spots,the upper one large & bilobed; HW tornal area broadly speckled grey-green.
