Female Potanthus ganda.The veins are just barely dark-dusted.
The female of P. juno looks similar but there are only two subapical spots & the HW dark shading is lighter.

It is a Telicota . Although it appears quite orange it should be T besta male.

In T augias the veins are not darkened even when worn.
