The black spot doesn't appear to have the silver border of J. pura. The bit of upper wing surface peeking out doesn't show black border of J. celeno. These Jamides sure looked similar! ID help please! [Picture enhanced a bit to show contrast]

It is Jamides pura male.
The upperside to the apex shows no black border.
The underside HW black spots have the usual silvery bars which appear blue.
They are thick & prominenet in pura.

In J. celeno the side bars may be absent, short, unequal or thin.

The 3rd member of the group J. zebra can be ID'ed in that the outer margin of the FW postdiscal band is crenate (scalloped)
Note some examples of J. celeno may shows mild crenation of this band.
J. zebra.
