The third one is a Phaedyma sp. because the median band on the hindwing is disjunct from the corresponding spots on the forewing. Could be Phaedyma columella but I have not enough knowledge of the Phaedyma over there so I can't be certain.

Yes, should be Neptis (Phaedima?) columella martabana, the only species of Thailand.

Could be female too.... thinner white band.

The width of the band can varies a lot in the north due to seasonal changes, ie dsf with wider bands & spots.

1 & 4 should be Neptis clinia.
Only N. hylas . N. clinia. female N. magadha, & Phaedyma columella have a little white spot at the base of HW space 3 (lower margin of the white discal band)

3. Male Phaedyma columella; the male has an elongate spot on the FW dorsum(lower margin)

2. Neptis cartica.
This has the cellbar partially joined or close to the cellend spot.
