Neptis hylas kamarupa.

N hylas can be recognised by 3 features.
1 The FW cellbar has a broken bone look with a fracture at the outer end.
2. The FW postdiscal spots are elongate horizontally.
3. The HW white discal band has a small white spot (part of the band) on the lower margin ( the base of space 4).
This can be readily seen in the pix below (of a different ssp from China).

(as far as I know, only N. clinia has a similar spot.)
