7. T. cohaerens is right. FW spot 3 absent & abdomen banded black & white.

8. Parnara ganga. (correction: typo error)
P. bada has reduced spots & P. apostata is almost black.
All correct images of P. guttata have the spots neatly in line.

No. 9 . Curetis bulis intermediate dsf.

In C. bulis the discal band in HW space 6 & 7 is far from the cellend mark .
The band may curved towards it.

In C. acuta dentata the same band is very close to the cellend mark & may form an almost straight band with it.

Ssp dentata is raised by some to full species as C. dentata.
This appears justifiable as the typical C. acuta in China (ssp acuta) & Japan (ssp paracuta) are quite different.

19. Neptis nata adipala. FW cellbar abruptly narrowed into a thin stalk; FW postdiscal spots 2 & 3 widely separated.
HW band without the small white spot at the base of space 4 of clinia.

20. Lethe sinorix HW ocellus 4 forms angle to the others; in L. kansa it forms an even curve.
21. Suada swerga. variably suffused with white on the underside.

23 & 24 Rapala manea . In R. scintilla male only the HW is blue-shot. Underside purple-wash may be slight.

What is in line is the discal spot in space 3 (correction :space 2 actually) , cellend bar & postdiscal spots 6 & 7.

Postdiscal spots 6 & 7 are actually discal in position but conventionally called postdiscal ,as a continuation of the postdiscal spots from 2, 3, 4, & 5.

Thx for the clarification, Dr Seow,

I see some irony in the notation in that the spots cannot be simultaneously called "discal" and "post-discal" like in this situation where they are part of two different rows of spots as that would sound contradictory. Also, the cell was actually longer than what I had previously imagined so that crucial area would now fall under "discal". Sometimes it's hard to tell the exact size of the cell. :)
